Welcome to Scandinavian Halibut Festival!

 

Scandinavian Halibut Festival 2017 kicks off August 4th and ends on August 5th.

 

The competition is a partnership between local fishing camps, sponsors from home and abroad and the local businesses in Måsøy.

The main organizer is Havøysund Fishing Association.

 

We're started out a little carefully in 2015 but the organizing for 2017 is well under way.

Our goal is to create ''hustle and bustle'', locally, during the fishing contest.

 

The award ceremony will be held at the festival area, along with food, drinks and music...
